Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
We believe in transparent pricing! The pricing listed on our website is for a rental of the unit. Local tax, delivery fees and setup charges are added at the time of booking. Delivery fee is based on your mileage from Summerville, SC. Our setup charge is included for grass setups that allow stakes or a small fee for units that require setup on cement with the use of sand bags. There are no hidden fees with us! When you request to book you will see exact costs.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose attachment on all water units that attaches directly to your personal water hose.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
When you book with us at Flowertown Party Rentals all units come with up to 100 ft of extension cords, a blower and stakes. Our wet setups also include a tarp and a water hose attachment that attaches directly to your hose. Please ensure your hose reaches your preferred setup location prior to setup.
Our standard event rental time is 4 hours. On some dates, we do run specials for extended times at our 4 hour rental. If any of these specials are available for your party date, a message will pop up indicating this special rate before booking.
Yes, we do rent to events in parks! With parks, they often require admission fees, additional administrative documentation for our team, require specific drop off and pickup times and often do not allow stakes so require sandbag rentals.
Due to this, we have a park fee to have designated staff assigned to your event so drop off and pickup are within 30 minutes of your contracted time. Sand bags are included in our park setups.
Any park event requires a generator rental from us at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, the max amount of extension cords an inflatable can run on is 100 ft. We cannot add additional extension cords safely after 100 ft. Any location that is over 100 ft away will require a generator rental at the time of booking.
We do overnight rentals all the time! If you would like the rental over night, it must be setup in a private, secured area such as a backyard. No public overnight rentals permitted. No park overnight rentals permitted.
Flowertown Party Rentals LLC., offers an optional 10% non-refundable damage waiver on all rental equipment. Lessee must select coverage, pay in full, and sign rental contract before start of event for damage waiver to be bound. Acceptance of any and all claims that arise are based on sole discretion of Flowertown Party Rentals.
This cost covers:
- Up to $250 per contract in accidental damage of an inflatable device.
- Up to $500 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment.
- Up to $1,000 per contract in wind and storm damage to tents, and properly deflated inflatables.
This Damage Waiver is NOT liability insurance.
This Damage Waiver does NOT cover theft, vandalism, silly string, misuse and/or abuse.
This Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. Flowertown Party Rentals will bill for any and all missing equipment at new replacement cost.
